Air Operated Diaphragm Pump

A seal-less, self-priming air driven diaphragm pump available in metal, plastic and stainless steel constructions — designed for reliable transfer of corrosive, abrasive and high-viscosity fluids in electroplating and industrial processes.

Seal-Less, Leak-Free Design

No shaft seal and no mechanical seal — the medium is completely separated from the moving parts, eliminating leakage and reducing maintenance.

Self-Priming & Dry-Run Safe

Self-priming without external assistance and able to run dry without damage — ideal for intermittent and unattended transfer duties.

Wide Material Selection

Aluminum, cast iron, PP, POM, PVDF and SS304/316/316L bodies with multiple diaphragm, valve ball and valve seat options to match almost any chemical.

Adjustable Flow & Gentle Handling

Flow rate is easily regulated by adjusting the air supply pressure. Low shear pumping handles shear-sensitive, viscous and particle-laden fluids.
